Return Policy

Mistakes can happen we work very, very hard to make sure it does not but sometimes everything does not always go according to plan. We know that... sometimes orders are short shipped... sometimes merchandise is broken... sometimes the wrong product is sent. When that happens, we have the following returns policy. Please read carefully as it is strictly enforced.

Buy Merchant INC guarantees full credit for product’s only or, if available, replacement for all defective items. You may return a defective product up to 14 days after you receive it. NO REFUNDS WILL BE AUTHORIZED AFTER 14 DAYS. Case lots must be returned in the original shipping carton with all individual items unopened. No partial returns will be accepted. All shipping costs for merchandise authorized by Buy Merchant to be returned to Buy Merchant shall be at the customer's expense. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) which is good for 14 days. No returns will be accepted without RMA #. THERE WILL BE NO MONEY BACK REFUNDS CREDIT ONLY. This policy is strictly enforced.


Closeout products purchased are "final sales" & can not be returned.

The liability of Buy Merchant for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s). Buy Merchant shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.


If you decide to return undamaged or non-defective products, you will be responsible for a 20% restocking fee. All orders shipped via UPS will be subject to UPS Intercept fees, including but not limited to address corrections and/or undeliverable shipments.
